  My first and last time ever doing a deal with this dealership. My husband and I made a purchase of an A.T.V. for our daughter near the end of Sept./17 with DT. The salesman (RJ) was very rude with my husband during the entire ordeal and mislead us with a very inaccurate E.T.A. He told my husband 2-3 weeks this machine would arrive for pick up and to call in to check up on the status if we'd like in which we did after the third week. RJ was again very rude by stating to my husband,"I told you I would call you when the machine arrives." After 1 month now of still not having an update or call,I decided to call and find out what the status was of this machine we ordered. The gentleman on the phone told me he had a tracking number for it and it will arrive the following day as it is on the back of the delivery truck as we speak and just crossed the border into Southern Ontario. My husband called the following day to arrange a pick up time and spoke with RJ. RJ then stated that the A.T.V. was not loaded onto the truck and we would now not receive this bike for another few weeks. We had no choice but to break the deal and purchase from somewhere else. More to the story than this, this is a brief summary of our experience. I would not recommend DT Power sports for new purchase.

  The boys and gals over there treat me like gold. I’m very happy with the service. They helped me with a very sticky situation with Polaris esp when no one would listen to me. They heard me and fought for me. You just don’t get that anymore. They have my business forever. I’ve already referred a friend who bought a 30k atv. He is elated with willingness to close the deal. Keep it up guys. You’ll have my rzr. My boat and my wife’s new sled which I haven’t bought yet. Hint hint. Thx. Joe Henhawke.
